Foundry wold has ben finally updated to v13 since the last useful module (Monk's Hotbar Expansion) was also updated for v13. Unfortunately Monk's Journal is a bit wonky but just wait for an update who will probably fix the black background.
Meanwhile just disable it (if you are using it).
